Housing Development
Stoke Gifford Parish Council
Date | Aug 14, 2008 - 11:11:38 AM

The housing development at the Hewlett Packard site got under way this year.  The first phase has been built in 2008...

The Crest Nicholson development at Harry Stoke won its proposal at Public Inquiry.  The land to the east of Maules Lane is now very likely to be developed as some kind of mixed use.

The Parish Council began to face proposals to either convert family dwellings into one bedroom apartments, or house extensions to facilitate the same.

In total, the Council was invited to comment on 154 applications this past year, ranging from rear conservatories to a 100 dwelling phase of Redrow to the Prologic mixed use development at the Rolls Royce site south of Gypsy patch Lane.
