STOKE GIFFORD PARISH COUNCIL

The next meeting of the Planning Committee will be held on August 12th, 2008 at 7.30 pm

EMERGENCY PROCEDURE
In the event of a fire all those present should leave the building calmly, breaking a fire alarm panel on the way, and assemble on the far side of the car park at the assembly point.

Before the Council Meeting begins there is a session for members of the public to pose questions or make comments. No individual will be expected to speak for more than 5 minutes

Both residents and members are reminded that this is ‘public questions’ and is neither a formal part of the Council’s minutes nor decision making. It is not an opportunity to make accusations of other people, and members are not expected to respond.
