Temporary Closure: PT.7165 Foot and Cyclepaths, Stoke Gifford

Notice is hereby given that the above order, made by South Gloucestershire District Council on 12 January 2022, has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport until 30 January 2024 or until such time as the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.

The effect of the order has closed, temporarily, to foot passengers and pedal cycles the lengths of footpath and cycle paths specified in the Schedule to this notice. This order was required in connection with the likelihood of danger to the public consequent upon drainage works and would have expired on 30 July 2023.

Schedule:

1. Footpath LSG/21/10 – the entire length

2. McDonalds and Homeworld Access Foot and Cyclepath - that length which extends from its junction with LSG/21/10 in a north westerly direction for a distance of 85 metres.

Alternative Route:

Station Road Foot and Cyclepath, McDonalds and Homeworld Access foot and cyclepath (part unaffected)
