A meeting of the Planning & Transportation Committee will take place on Tuesday 24th March 2026 at 7pm.
CHANGE OF VENUE – the Planning & Transportation committee meeting is being held at the new Brooklands Park Community Hall.
The Planning & Transportation Committee meets once a month and makes recommendations on all planning applications within the Parish of Stoke Gifford to the Planning Authority (South Gloucestershire Council) and considers all associated planning, footpath and licensing issues.
