At Brooklands Park Community Centre, we bring people together. Host your events in our modern Community Hall, grab a coffee at Brooklands Park Community Café, or book one of our comfortable meeting and function rooms (free parking available on a first-come first-served basis).

Main Hall - under construction
Our spacious main hall comfortably accommodates up to 90 seated guests and includes free access to a communal kitchen. It's available to hire for regular bookings such as fitness classes or one-off parties, weddings, and functions.

Main Hall Booking Costs from 1 April 2025
Prices are subject to annual review and will be applied from 1 April 2025.
- £70 for 3hrs main hall (8.5m x 13.7m approx)
- £26 per hour main hall
All bookings include use of the communal kitchen facilities.
Meeting Room 1 - under construction
Our interactive meeting room comfortably seats up to 35 guests and features free Wi-Fi and an overhead projector screen. Bright and filled with natural light, it's the ideal setting for off-site meetings, workshops, or corporate events.
Room 2 - under construction
Our interactive meeting room can accommodate up to 30 guests and includes free Wi-Fi and access to an adjoining communal kitchen, making it ideal for small parties, meetings, and informal gatherings.

Meeting Room Costs from 1 April 2025
Prices are subject to annual review and will be applied from 1 April 2025.
- £45 for 3hrs meeting room 1 (7.1m x 7.6m approx)
- £45 for 3hrs meeting room 2 (6.2m x 7.1m approx)
- £18 per hour any meeting room
- £110 per day (8hrs)
All bookings include use of the communal kitchen facilities.
Car Park
Brooklands Community Centre Car Park is open 08.00 – 21.30 (Excluding bank holidays). Parking is strictly for users of the Community Centre.
The car park holds approx 22 parking bays, including 2 disabled bays.
All users of this car park do so at their own risk. Stoke Gifford Parish Council will not accept responsibility for damage, accident or loss.
