Here to Help!
Four Towns and Vale Link Community Transport - 11th June 2020
Just a quick update on what is happening here at Four Towns and Vale Link Community Transport.
We want you all to know that we are still in operation and we are here to help, by providing accessible transport for anyone in the community who has an access need. We continue to take our members to their GP / hospital appointments and take them on shopping trips to the supermarkets.
During these uncertain times it has become clear that we need to change our methods of operation to ensure the wellbeing of our employees and customers consistent with the government guidance on social distancing.
We are fully aware and understand many of our members anxieties when travelling on buses, therefore we have put in place the following to help protect you.
- Drivers must keep their distance from members.
- We are advising members to wear a face mask / Face covering i.e. scarf.
- Keep you distance from others and Stay 2 metres away, where possible.
- Members to space out on the bus.
- Use hand sanitiser regularly.
- Our buses are cleaned at regular intervals.
The wellbeing of our employees, customers and suppliers remains of the greatest importance to us and these changes are designed with you all in mind. Please help us to help you.
We will continue helping people in the community, so we kindly ask you if you know anyone who needs our help, please pass on our details, found below or for further information please do not hesitate to give us a call on the number provided.
