South Gloucestershire Age-friendly Communities Strategy Plan Pop-Up Meeting

Join our online session for an overview of the scheme and a presentation given by the South Gloucestershire Council Commissioning Officers.

This virtual event will cover the following areas and provide an opportunity to ask questions:

• The session will start with a brief introduction to age-friendly communities and then we will open up the session and invite people to share their lived experience and thoughts with us.
• We will be asking questions such as ‘What does living a good life in older age mean to you?’ And exploring what things would improve your health and wellbeing.
