Brooklands Park Community Hall Officially Opens in Stoke Gifford
SGPC - 24th February 2026
As of Monday 23 February 2026, Stoke Gifford Parish Council is proud to announce the opening of its second community building, Brooklands Park Community Hall.
The Parish Council office remains based at Little Stoke Community Hall, a much-loved and well-used facility that continues to serve residents in the north ward. Following negotiations that began in 2019, the Parish Council has now taken ownership of the new hall, ensuring the growing community of Brooklands Park and Highbrook View have access to a modern, financially sustainable community space closer to home.
The Brooklands Park and Highbrook View estate continues to expand, and the Council recognised the importance of providing high-quality facilities for residents in the central and southern wards. The new hall offers a bright, modern venue designed to support a wide range of community activities and events.
Facilities include:
- A spacious main hall suitable for family celebrations, community events and seminars
- Two well-equipped meeting and conference rooms
- A welcoming café, which is expected to become a popular hub for residents and hall hirers alike
The Parish Council takes great pride in delivering a high standard of customer service across its facilities, parks and recreational spaces. The opening of Brooklands Park Community Hall marks an exciting new chapter, enabling thousands of residents to enjoy a modern, efficient and accessible community building at the heart of a vibrant and growing neighbourhood.
