Meade Park Car Park Closure Notice

(Due to a broken sewage pipe on 9 Sept 2026 works will commence earlier than planned)

This is to allow Wessex Water to complete essential maintenance on the water/sewage pipe that run through the park space.

• Affected Areas:The main car park from Hatchet Road will not be accessible at any time as Wessex will be using it for machinery and material storage.
• Path: Footpath from Winterbourne Rd to Belmont Drive will be redirected during specific times
• Tracking: will be put in place, where deemed necessary, to protect park grounds
• The park space and play equipment will remain open for use

Important Safety Reminder

For your safety, please do not enter or climb over any fenced areas whilst work taking place. Heavy machinery and construction vehicles will be in operation. Please keep dogs on leads during working hours.
