Update on Local Land Eviction Proceedings
The Parish Clerk (SGPC) - 5th August 2026
Following the court hearing held at 10:00 AM this morning, Wednesday 5th August 2026, the Parish Council is currently awaiting the official court order and paperwork, which is expected later this evening.
Current Status:
- Court Hearing: Completed morning of 5th August 2026.
- Next Step: Receipt of official paperwork this evening.
- Enforcement: Awaiting formal eviction instructions from South Gloucestershire Council.
- Target Timeline: Eviction expected to be instructed by the end of this week.
